The Ultimate Vegan Guide to Ireland
Ireland had such amazing options for vegan food! We loved how easy it was to find vegan options during our trip. We felt like almost every restaurant had at least one clearly labels plant-based option, and there were tons of all vegan spots as well. We visited a few different cities on our trip to Ireland, so make sure you keep reading to see our full Vegan Guide to Ireland!
Dublin
Cornucopia - the oldest vegan restaurant in Dublin! It’s a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch and they have amazing vegan pastries & warm dishes.
McGuinness Traditional Irish Takeaway - a dive takeway/takeout spot with tons of vegan options! They have traditional Irish takeaway foods like fries with garlic mayo, battered sausage, and more.
It’a A Trap! - an all vegan cafe and bakery! They are known for their vegan cinnamon buns, but also have vegan breakfast burritos as well.
The Saucy Cow - we loved this place so much we went twice! It’s an all vegan burger restaurant with tons of different plant-based burger options and loaded fries.
Glas - high end all vegetarian restaurant. We went here for Shanna’s birthday so it was a special occasion!
Electric Circus - an Irish pub with a dark circus vibe and tons of vegan options on the menu!
As One - a cafe with lots of vegan options for breakfast/brunch.
Nut Butter - a cafe chain great for lunch with a lot of plant-based options.
Milano - the Irish Pizza Express! They have tons of vegan options on the menu and you can find them everywhere in a pinch.
Rolling Donut - donut shop with a few vegan donut options!
Galway
The Dough Bros - A Naples-style pizza restaurant in Galway with a few different vegan options!
Cork
My Goodness - an all vegan spot inside Cork’s Old English Market! They have homemade kombucha as well as a unique menu with items like nachos or a rainbow wrap.
